“This year, we had more than 60 pupils split in 25 teams who were registered for this enterprise competition which took place between 10th of September and 28th of October. The aim was for the children to make as much money as they can by selling products or services to their friends, neighbours and relatives.
There were some fantastic business ideas from delivering fresh and warm croissants, washing cars, selling homemade soaps, candles, bracelet, cakes, biscuits, cold & hot drinks as well as some Halloween decoration and some funny socks The classic baby-sitting and dog walking services were also on offer!
We thank all the teams who took part to help deliver this brilliant result for our school:
FunRaising Squad, Bolingbroke Bakers and Bracelet Makers, P.K.H.L Businessmen, She Sells Seashells and Rocky Road, All Stars, Hot Steppers, TRFB, The Coffee Beans, Sweet Sundays, Spooky Cookie Cupcakes, Sofi’s fit cupcakes, Master Cookies, Clapham Bakery, Macapacarons, YT, Golden Girls, Euro-Choc, Strawberry Friends, Dream Team, The King Alp, Crumble Cookie, Crafty Canvases, Slickro, The Confectionery Queens, Fall Vibes & Bolingbroke Enterprise.
The competition was a wonderful showcase of Bolingbroke Academy in our local community thanks to our entrepreneurs who superbly demonstrated the school values. It would not have been possible without the brilliant support of Ms Wilcox, Mr Tanveer, Ms Rogers, Mrs Samson as well as all the parents who helped make this competition possible. We hope everyone had a lot of fun!”
