Chi Gung relax and breath online class

Please join Janet Lindsey for Chi Gung classes which will be held on the 6th and 13th May @5pm (duration 45min) - via zoom. Chi Gung exercises are very easy to learn, combining slow movement and synchronised breathing, with a focus on relaxation and meditation. These classes are open to the whole family, with all ages and abilities welcome. It is recommended that you try the first class on the 6th of May, before joining the 2nd class on the 13th, but this is not essential. Janet has waived her fee to raise much needed funds for the PA.
